A Meeting of Minds: Second Cohort of SENCER-ISE Partnerships Gather in Jersey City

The second cohort of SENCER-ISE Partnerships will be gathering in Jersey City, NJ for an orientation meeting on October 10 and 11, 2013. The day and a half meeting will mark the first time the partners will meet their fellow awardees and SENCER-ISE staff. During the orientation, partners will participate in many of the same activities that took place during the fist cohort’s pre-SENCER Summer Institute meetings on July 31 and August 1, 2013.

The partners will (1) learn more about the National Center’s community, (2) participate in an evaluation outcomes workshop with Randi Korn and Stephanie Downey of Randi Korn & Associates, Inc., for a follow-up to an evaluation practices webinar that took place in September 2013, (3) work with Jonathan Bucki, of the Dendros Group, LLC., to develop project action plans and strategies for overcoming potential obstacles the partnership might face in the future, and (4) learn more about the SENCER-ISE website features and functions.
